Newly issued medals not associated with PPRMCS

The King Scout Brotherhood of Malaysia Sabah Branch (PPRMCS) wish to state that the recently issued Fellowship Medal (pictures below) has nothing to do with PPRMCS. The almost similar ribbon colour and timing of its issuance is pure coincidence. Thank you - PPRMCS Chairman.
